Sun and Sea Petroleum LTD was incorporated in Lagos in 2020 with a single purpose: to bring reliable, commercially sound petroleum services to Nigerian operators who deserved a better standard of delivery.
What began as a regional petroleum trading firm grew steadily through earned trust. By 2022 we had expanded into marine logistics, placing our first vessels on the Niger Delta waterways. Our ISO 9001 certification in 2023 marked a turning point, formalising the quality standards we had always held ourselves to.
Today we operate across five Nigerian states and employ over 200 qualified professionals serving the full breadth of Nigeria's oil and gas sector. Every step of that growth has been built on performance, not promises.
Our values are not statements on a wall. They are the standards we hold our teams, our partners, and ourselves to on every engagement.
We provide transparent pricing, honest progress reporting, and clear commercial terms on every contract. Our clients never face hidden costs or inflated scope.
Health, safety, and environmental protection are not departments; they are a personal responsibility shared by every member of the Sun and Sea team, from the boardroom to the field.
We know Nigeria's energy landscape from the inside. Our deep understanding of local regulations, logistics networks, and operator relationships gives our clients a genuine competitive edge.
Our ISO 9001:2015 certification is maintained through annual third-party audits, not just earned once and forgotten. Every operational process, from supplier vetting to cargo documentation, is governed by a documented quality management system.
We operate in full compliance with NNPCL guidelines, DPR regulations, and the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act. Our legal and compliance team ensures every engagement meets both local and international standards.
Our operations are concentrated in Nigeria's key energy hubs, with teams embedded in the Niger Delta, Lagos, and the western producing states.
