Our leadership team combines deep technical expertise in petroleum trading, marine operations, finance, and health and safety with an uncompromising commitment to client outcomes. Every decision made at the top filters through to the field.
The way we treat our people is the same way we treat our clients: with respect, transparency, and a high standard of accountability. Our internal culture is the engine behind our external reputation.
Every team member receives an annual professional development allocation. From NEBOSH certifications to petroleum trading courses, we invest in the growth of each individual on our payroll.
Our HSE standards are not a compliance exercise; they are embedded in how we plan, communicate, and execute. Incident reporting is encouraged, blame is absent, and safety improvements are owned by the whole team.
We prioritise hiring from the communities in which we operate. Over 60% of our field personnel are from Niger Delta host communities, and we actively support local skills development programs in partnership with state agencies.
We hire for competence and character. If you are driven, disciplined, and ready to contribute to Nigeria's energy sector at a high level, we want to hear from you.
